Through a qualitative methodology, including interviews, focus groups, and case studies, the paper examines how leaders' ethical practices foster trust, engagement, and a positive work environment. Insights from Indian organizations, particularly during challenging periods like the COVID-19 pandemic, highlight the necessity of ethical leadership in achieving sustainable business outcomes. The study provides actionable recommendations for fostering ethical behavior at all organizational levels.
